At Pro Lawn Rescue, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We understand that receiving your pickleball gear promptly is important to you, which is why we make every effort to process your order swiftly.

Shipping rates vary depending on the weight of your order and its destination. The exact shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days, and a tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order is en route.

Return Policy

At Pro Lawn Rescue, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Our “No Questions Asked” return policy means you can return items for any reason in their original, unused condition. If you need to initiate a return, please send an email to prolawnrescue@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they are in their original condition, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s policies.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
