Pesticide Safety Pro Return Policy

At Pesticide Safety Pro (PSP), we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Our return policy is tailored to accommodate the unique aspects of our business model, which includes using Printify for print-on-demand products and our role as an Amazon affiliate.

Printify Products

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product with a manufacturing error or shipping damage, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with Printify to provide a free replacement or a refund. To process your request, please submit a clear photo or video of the issue to fitzgerald@xnsports.com
  • Wrong Size/Color or Change of Mind: Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. We encourage you to review your order carefully before checking out.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to your original payment method, though they are initially credited to our Printify account balance. Please allow a certain amount of time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
  • Design Tolerances: For Direct to Garment (DTG) products, please be aware there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement. Minor variations in print placement are not considered defects.
  • Unsuccessful Delivery: In case of delivery issues, you may opt for a replacement (subject to an additional charge) or a partial refund.

Return Policy for Printify Products
